I’ll share an experience, I recently joined a gym and hired a personal trainer to get in shape after gaining pounds during COVID.
I listened to all the promises of weight loss, chiseled muscles, and six-pack abs.
“How much does it cost per hour?”
“How long do you think it will take?”
“If I told you that you would get rid of any health ailments, lose 50 pounds, have to buy a new wardrobe because your closet of clothes doesn’t fit, and in the process, you’d develop an unstoppable mindset that will power you forward in your life, business, and relationships, how much would that be worth for you?”
“Would it matter what it costs?”
“Would you care how long it takes?”
“Would you be willing to suffer through the process”
I was confused, initially but I understood the point.
That moment taught me a quick masterclass on how to price based on value, not time.
✅I lost 35 pounds in 75 days.
✅I had to start buying a new wardrobe because my closet of clothes no longer fit.
✅I developed and continue to hone the unstoppable mindset that is powering me forward in life, business, and relationships
An important lesson here if you’re a founder or CEO…
🛑 VALUE RESULTS OVER PRICE🛑
If you don’t get to the result, do you care that you paid the lowest possible rate?
or that it got done in the shortest time possible?
You should only care about one thing.
The result… and what it’s worth to your business.
The biggest gap you have to cover is the distance between where you are and where you want to go.
