Running shoes

Change of running shirts

Jogging stroller

Water bottles

Baby food

Fruit for baby (he loves blueberries)

.

.

This morning my wife and I packed up our youngest baby and went out at 7:45am.

Why not sleep in on a beautiful summer Sunday morning?

Especially when the rest of our children are out of town spending a few weeks with their grandparents?

.

.

The reason we went out is the same reason we actually preach to our clients at patent insider…

More on that later.

Our first appointment was at the Baltimore Harbor..

We met up with my new running group..

#RIOTsquad #RunningIsOurTherapy

My wife’s been running with them for awhile…

She had a recovery day and took it easy while I ran out with the squad

3.9 miles later after pushing through my fastest mileage…

since I started this new year, new year fitness transformation…

We hydrated and congregated…

Then…

Off to our next destination…

Meeting up with another run crew…

#RunnersRun for a run around M&T Baltimore Ravens Stadium…

1.25 miles later…

We hydrated, chatted with the neighbors…

Then went home to feed the baby again…

Eat brunch…

Then get on with our day..

So why not sleep in on a beautiful Sunday morning?

Because life is such a grand opportunity…

And no matter what you did yesterday…

You have to maintain…

Maintaining your life is perpetual….

Maintaining your business is perpetual…

Maintaining your #intellectualproperty is perpetual…

.

In the perpetual cycle of life…

Be sure to take advantage of the moments all around you…

And remember to have fun!
